Hi Delaney, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hi, I’m Delaney, the owner and designer behind Mimo Market—a Fort Worth, Texas-based studio specializing in custom wedding stationery, event branding, and personalized paper goods. I live here in Fort Worth with my wonderful husband, our playful Toy Aussie, and our curious cat who keeps a close eye on all things paper.
My love for event design began when I designed my wedding. As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, I really struggled to find someone who saw my unique vision and could offer something completely true to my husband’s and my visions for our big day. This marked the beginning of my journey in design, including wedding suites and party goods. From the invitations and signage to custom napkins and drink stirrers, I fell in love with the process of creating thoughtful, cohesive details that made the entire day feel personal and polished. That experience inspired me to launch Mimo Market and help other couples and party hosts bring their vision to life—down to the very last detail.
Today, I work with couples, event planners, and hosts to design elevated stationery suites, event logos, monograms, and on-brand paper goods for weddings, showers, birthdays, corporate parties, and more. Think custom cups, cocktail napkins, stir sticks, signage, menus, favor tags, and all the beautiful extras that turn an event into an unforgettable experience.
I worked in investment banking and private equity before starting Mimo Market. I quickly realized how much I craved a creative outlet and one that brought joy to others. I love connecting with my clients and creating something completely unique to them. Where did we get the name “Mimo Market”? Mimo means “little treat”. We wanted to build something to create and shop those little treats, whether it’s for yourself or as a gift! We wanted to spark joy with every little mimo.
What sets me apart? I’m obsessed with the details—because I know how much they matter. Every piece I create is crafted with intention and backed by a designer’s eye for layout, color, and consistency. Whether you’re planning a timeless wedding, a bold birthday bash, or a branded celebration, I help tie everything together through cohesive design and quality materials.
So whether you’re in DFW or planning from afar, I’m here to make your wedding or event not just beautiful—but branded to perfection.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We are a small business start-up. Everyday there is a new mistake and new discovery. We are constantly evolving and figuring it out as we go. However, we always try to be true to ourselves and provide the best Product and service possible.

Any big plans?
We are constantly looking at ways to connect with new customers. We recently designed branding for a bachelorette and sourced all of the party materials right down to the welcome bags. This was a new experience for us, but we enjoyed it and we were still able to offer a tailored and personalized experince.
