Hi Dulce, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I joined real estate when i realized i was expecting my son . I decided i didn’t want to work at 10 am to 10 pm job anymore . I wanted to be present for my son . The first 2 years where really tough but i always told myself “I didn’t come this far to just quit.” Now i’m on year five and i have made it into Real Producers Top 500 (from 15,000 agents in my territory )
I have also made it to 2024 Top 5 in Texas Connect Realty from 130 agents in my brokerage.
We also have a construction business operating since 2020 . “Manny’s Carpentry and Masonry LLC”
We specialize in outdoor living and remodeling.
Fun fact : Both my husband and I grew up in mobile homes without a bed of our own .
We now have bought land together and built our dream home . That goes to say that it doesn’t matter where you came from , You can always change your life around and reach success if you have faith in god & put in the work.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
the first 2 years was full of disappointment and lots of frustration. Having the right brokerage the first couple of years is crucial in learning. Surrounding yourself with people that truly want to help is key.

I always tell people to buy your first home and see it as a step to your dream home . As long as you take steps you will achieve your goals . I’m a bilingual agent that works with New construction, pre-owned homes , Land & manufactured homes with land . I have learned lots of valuable information that i love sharing with all my clients. My practice is to always be transparent about the whole process. I don’t sugar coat , I like preparing you for everything from the day you purchase to even after !
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
In the next couple of years I see the market growing .I know lots of areas are going to start developing due to all the growth throughout that forces people to start looking in the outskirts.
