Today we’d like to introduce you to Emerson Spencer.
Hi Emerson, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am an entrepreneur with big dreams. I have always wanted to start my own business with being able to help people in the process. My sister and I started this business together and are both full-time students. We both have always been very passionate about cleaning ever since we were young, and we decided offering cleaning services for individuals that don’t have the time to do it on their own was the perfect job for us. We get to do something that we love and have a positive impact on people’s daily lives. We started first advertising for our neighborhood and surrounding ones and then moved to Facebook and we have successfully helped people all over the Dallas metroplex.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting off was definitely difficult. Finding clients and competing with other companies that have been in business for several years made it difficult to find business. When we did our first bookings our business started to grow exponentially. We go above and beyond to make sure every valued customer is 100% satisfied with our work.
We’ve been impressed with Spencer Cleaning & co, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We specialize in residential/commercial cleaning. Including: Homes, Apartments, Offices, AirBnBs, etc. Our services are designed to fit your specific needs and goals. Offering selectable/customizable packages We charge a flat rate based of off SQFT.
