Fabiana, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Our family arrived to Texas aroun 25 years ago. We are from Buenos Aires, Argentina. My husband is a Chemical Technitian and I’m a Tax Pro and Bookkeeper, but here we need started againg and keep going. For more of 20 year my husband build a Family company for Intaller Security Cameras and I offer Tax Services and Inmigration Services. About 3 years ago we decided to invest in Real Estate and we did.. our Alto Rancho 1 was alive for Airbnb and other platforms, in 2025 we invest in other property for fliping (new experience) in March and we sell it in just 1 week en July. Now we are working in a new project in Plano (almosts ready) and we planing keep going in this business.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Never is easy. We need to learn a lot about everithing because we are inmigrants and laws and regulations are differents and how to grow in business is different .. so you always need to learn

Alto Rancho born in 2023 with the dreams to build our future as retired. Our projects involve rent, filpping, remodeling, home staging, bookkeeping, digital marketing and property management for Rental Property Owners
