Another book I’ve found useful is Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High. It’s been a great resource in my life to help me with difficult, critical conversations that we often have in business, but equally important in my own personal life as well.
Lastly, Getting Things Done by David Allen has been a great resource for me in trying to manage the chaos of our daily lives and ensuring we’re prioritizing and making progress with all the things we need to do in our lives.
