Inspiring Conversations with Ikbal Biniyaz of DPS360 LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ikbal Biniyaz

Hi Ikbal, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Ikbal started his journey in carpentry back in 1997 in Kurdistan, continued his experience in 2005 in Turkey as a senior level carpenter, and by the time he started his life in the US in 2013, he was a master carpenter.
Due to the difficulties of his immigration, he could not pursue his passion in carpentry and custom woodwork right away. This led him to gain vast experience within different skillsets which ultimately made him work as a property maintenance manager with large property management companies. In the March of 2024, he decided to start his own business and get in the field again where his passion would most motivate him. That’s when we met and started DPS360.
We’ve had many ups and downs ever since but are proud to have completed over a thousand projects with smiling clients.
We have great plans for the years to come and would love to share our passion in serving homes with other people.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been a very bumpy road as it always is with starting a business and surviving the first year but we’re glad we stayed strong and made it so far with good results

As you know, we’re big fans of DPS360 LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We provide most kinds of home services, from cleaning and painting, to remodeling and more complex projects. We specialize in carpentry and cabinetry, and this is definitely what makes us stand out among peers. Ikbal, the owner of DPS360, is still in the field doing the estimates himself which we are happy to offer for free and with his many years of experience in carpentry in Turkey coupled with property maintenance management in the US, we can offer a unique vision in European style cabinetry and woodwork which seems to be the new appeal with US home owners. We have an in-depth knowledge of that style while also keeping a keen consideration for the American taste and style of homes. The thing we are most proud of is that we are confidently becoming the go-to company for almost any needs once we complete our first project with a client thanks to the various backgrounds and skillsets of our crews and partners and our rigorous commitment to providing excellent customer service by being as responsive as it gets, owning up to what we are responsible for, and aiming for a long-term reliable relationship with home owners over making a quick buck.
We would like people to know that we are not selling our services to them but rather, we are here to become their lifelong dedicated agent in addressing and serving their needs. There have been times when a valued client has called us and needed a service that was outside our coverage of services in which case we have saved them the 20 calls they had to make to hire someone. and our customer service team does this at no charge, only to maintain that trust and relationship and to stay committed to bringing absolute convenience to our clients.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
I’d stay above all else, find the right people to work with, and put honesty and transparency first whether it is with the staff, with partners or clients. Honesty creates trust and trust is the most invaluable asset a business can gain.
