I grew up in a single parent blue collar household with my father. I went to school in Edmond, Oklahoma for my primary education and undergraduate studies at University of Central Oklahoma. I received my doctor of pharmacy degree from University of Oklahoma in 1998. I spent close to two decades as a retail pharmacy manager before becoming an entrepreneur in 2016 and creating health and longevity businesses. I have also become heavily involved in financial literacy and real estate investing, which inspired me to author my first book ‘Middle-Class Mindset Escape Plan.” In depth financial education was also a result of competing with the Joneses and ultimately going through Chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2007. This has also inspired me to help others with financial education through my Escape Plan Dad Youtube channel. Continuing education outside of my formal education has become the primary reason for both personal development success and financial success. I am presently building our longevity company Nulifespan and providing value to the marketplace with our quality supplements, alternative health care modalities, and healthy lifestyle content through our Youtube channel.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not been a smooth road, especially entrepreneurship. Nulifespan is basically a health and longevity company within a red sea of competing supplement companies. Branding changes, 3PL logistics issues, and inventory issues have been just a few of the many challenges.
