Inspiring Conversations with Jennifer Simmons of Domivine Realty Group, Get Real Media .Co, Ziv Golf, Pishon River I.T.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Simmons.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I come from well-educated immigrant parents from West Africa, Ghana, and was raised with a deep respect for education, discipline, and entrepreneurship. From an early age, I understood that my life was meant for more than simply getting by. While my path has not been perfect or easy, faith has consistently anchored me through every season, teaching me how to keep building with integrity even when the process felt uncertain or challenging.

My story is rooted in resilience. There were seasons of transition and personal battles that required me to grow up quickly, find my voice, and learn what it means to persevere when life isn’t gentle. Some chapters of my journey are private, but what I can say is this: faith carried me, maturity shaped me, and perseverance built me. The obstacles didn’t break me they refined me. Every experience helped shape the leader and businesswoman I am today. I’m grateful for each chapter, because it prepared me to do meaningful work with purpose, clarity, and excellence.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road, and I’ve learned that growth often comes through discomfort. My challenges began early navigating life transitions, finding my footing between different worlds, and learning how to advocate for myself while still honoring family, self, and personal boundaries. There were seasons marked by financial uncertainty, rebuilding relationships, career shifts, and moments where I had to trust God while also taking responsibility for my own growth.

Independence has been woven into me from an early age, shaped by life rather than choice. Through marriage and the intentional work of unlearning generational patterns, that foundation matured into resilience, accountability, and discernment qualities that guide how I build with intention today. These experiences strengthened my work ethic and sharpened my purpose. I don’t view the struggles as setbacks; they were necessary lessons that taught me how to lead with compassion, wisdom, and clarity.

I lead Domivine Realty Group, a real estate brand built on integrity, education, and purpose-driven service. My work focuses on guiding clients through major life decisions with clarity, strategy, and care particularly in real estate, lifestyle transitions, and long-term legacy building.

Alongside my husband, I am a co-owner of Get Real Media Co., Ziv Golf, and Pishon River I.T. Together, we build brands and businesses at the intersection of media, technology, lifestyle, and culture. Each venture reflects intentional design, excellence, and values-based leadership.

What sets my work apart is that faith is not an accessory it is the foundation. God is the CEO of everything I build, guiding every decision, partnership, and creative direction with accountability, discernment, and respect for people. I want readers to know that my brands are not just about success, visibility, or growth; they are about building with purpose, honoring the process, and creating work that stands the test of time.

Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
The Bible is my primary foundation, grounding me in wisdom, discipline, and clarity through the guidance of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Beyond that, I gravitate toward books, podcasts, and teachings that support spiritual growth, leadership, and personal development.

I value content that encourages reflection, accountability, and maturity resources that help me grow as a woman of faith, a business owner, and a lifelong learner. Whether through scripture, thoughtful conversations, or practical tools, I’m intentional about what I consume and how it shapes who I’m becoming.
