Inspiring Conversations with Jess Bryson of Redwood Services Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jess Bryson

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Theo Madison has built a successful career in home fixture sales and entrepreneurship, drawing on years of experience in the industry. With a knack for seeing the potential in every project, Theo brings a wealth of practical knowledge and a deep understanding of customer needs to his work. In addition, he is a loving husband and father to two children.

Jess Bryson has a background in interior design, architecture, floral design, and business ownership. As a single mom, she honed her skills while balancing the demands of parenthood, and now she’s thriving in her design work. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to design excellence, Jess brings creativity and precision to every project.

Together, Theo and Jess launched Redwood Services Group in the fall of 2024, combining their unique skills to offer fast, affordable bathroom renovations that focus on quality, efficiency, and style. As a family-run business, they understand the importance of transforming spaces into something that’s not only beautiful but practical for everyday life.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Launching a business in the competitive renovation space has come with its challenges—chiefly, educating homeowners on what sets us apart. Unlike traditional renovation companies, we offer something truly unique: speed, affordability, and a seamless experience. Our signature is completing bathroom renovations in just 2 to 3 days, from demo to finished product. This rapid turnaround is made possible by Theo’s extensive sales background and industry partnerships, which allow us to keep margins low and offer renovations at half the price of our competitors.

On top of that, Jess’ expertise in design has allowed us to curate streamlined design packages that make the selection process simple and stress-free for homeowners. The result is an efficient, high-quality renovation that doesn’t break the bank or take weeks to complete. Once people hear our story and see the value we bring, they’re sold.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At Redwood Services Group, we simplify bathroom renovations with our curated design collections—Classic, Contemporary, and Modern—making the entire process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Jess’ (principal and lead designer) background in design fuels her passion for helping homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces. Having worked at an architecture firm, she witnessed firsthand the disruptive nature of traditional renovations—months of dust and noise, overwhelming design decisions, and ballooning costs. Jess is dedicated to making luxury bathrooms accessible to everyone. As a single mom, she deeply understands the value of time, the need to save money, and the importance of balancing style with practicality. Serving all of the DFW area, we’re committed to delivering top-quality renovations that fit both your budget and your lifestyle.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
