I’m Joe Solomon, originally from Israel. I moved to the USA six years ago at the age of 20 after serving in the military back home. Growing up in Israel, I experienced firsthand the impact of terror attacks, which motivated me to create a safer environment.
Drawing on my military background and driven by the desire to enhance security, I founded Solomon Security in the USA. Starting from scratch, I applied the discipline, skills, and determination gained from my military service to build a company known for its robust security solutions and unwavering commitment to customer safety.
We all face challenges, but would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting and growing Solomon Security hasn’t been without its challenges, but overcoming them has been an integral part of our journey. One of the initial hurdles was adjusting to a new country and establishing credibility in the security industry despite being relatively young.
Additionally, navigating the complexities of entrepreneurship, from securing funding to building a client base, required persistence and strategic planning. However, each challenge has been a learning opportunity, shaping us into a more resilient and adaptable company.

Absolutely! One of my favorite books that has greatly influenced my approach is ‘Blue Ocean Strategy’ by W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne. It’s a profound exploration of creating uncontested market space and making competition irrelevant, which aligns with our strategic vision at Solomon Security.
