Today we’d like to introduce you to Karlisha Copeland – Hall.
Hi Karlisha, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m a wife, a mom to a busy toddler, and honestly a “mom” to anyone who needs guidance, encouragement, or a safe place to land. Helping people has always been at the center of who I am—it’s not just what I do, it’s who I am.
My real estate journey began in 2018 when I purchased my first rental property. After that I went to build my investment portfolio. That experience opened my eyes to the power of ownership, investment, and generational wealth. What started as a personal goal quickly turned into a passion—not just to build my own portfolio, but to help others do the same. I realized I wanted to be part of life-changing moments for families, first-time buyers, and investors.
Although I hold a Master’s degree in Education, I knew early on that a traditional classroom wasn’t where I was meant to be. My calling has always been bigger than one lane—I’ve always been driven to create, build, and serve in ways that reach people where they are.
Since 2014, I’ve launched three businesses, each rooted in service, growth, and community. Real estate became the space where all of that came together—education, entrepreneurship, and heart. Today, I’m proud to walk alongside my clients, not just as their agent, but as a resource, advocate, and partner in their journey.
This isn’t just a career for me—it’s purpose in action.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Life has definitely life’d along the way. I’ve faced seasons where nothing was easy, including becoming a mom and learning how to carry everything—business, family, and purpose—at the same time. There were moments when I had to rebuild, refocus, and push through even when I was tired, uncertain, or stretched thin.
Balancing entrepreneurship, real estate, and motherhood hasn’t always been graceful, but it has been powerful. Every challenge forced me to grow, trust myself, and stay rooted in why I started. I’ve learned that setbacks don’t stop you—they shape you.
The road hasn’t been smooth, but it’s been worth it. Every obstacle made me stronger, more compassionate, and more committed to serving others with heart and integrity.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Copeland Realty Group?
At the heart of my business is service, education, and impact. I’m not just a real estate agent—I’m a guide, an advocate, and a long-term resource for families, investors, and first-time buyers. My brand is built on relationships, not transactions.
I specialize in helping everyday people understand real estate in a way that feels clear, empowering, and achievable. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling to level up, or investing to build generational wealth, I walk with them every step of the way. I’m especially known for breaking down complex processes, keeping communication honest and consistent, and making sure my clients never feel alone or overwhelmed.
What truly sets me apart is how personal I make the experience. I treat every client like family, and I don’t disappear after the keys are handed over. I believe real estate is not a one-time transaction—it’s a lifelong relationship. I stay connected, provide resources, check in, and continue to support my clients long after closing.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust I’ve built. My name is connected to integrity, heart, and results. My business is rooted in community, education, and empowerment—not pressure or sales tactics. I don’t chase numbers; I chase impact.
I want readers to know that my brand stands for guidance, growth, and genuine care. When you work with me, you’re not just getting an agent—you’re gaining a partner who is committed to helping you win, build, and thrive.
