Hi Kaye, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Having been in business for 30 years we’ve faced our challenges like every business, especially by major macro economic events over the decades—from 9/11 to the global financial crisis in 2008 to the pandemic—but each time we focused on learning, adapting, and building more resilience into the way we operate. What ultimately carried us through those challenging periods was the strength of the relationships we’ve developed with our clients and partners; their loyalty, trust, and feedback have helped us refine our service, evolve our model, and consistently come out stronger on the other side.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Go Rentals?
For the past 30 years, my work at Go Rentals has really centered on one thing: building a culture that puts relationships with our clients at the heart of every decision we make. I’ve personally trained every team member who joins the company, because I believe the way we treat people—how we listen, anticipate needs, and follow through—can’t simply be handed off to a manual or a playbook.
The hands‑on training is how we embed our values into every interaction with have with our customers and it’s the foundation for the long‑term relationships we enjoy with our customers today.
We specialize in delivering a truly high‑touch, luxury rental experience. What we’re known for is doing absolutely everything we can to please our clients—no request is too small, and no detail is too minor. Every car is detailed and cleaned to the highest standards before it ever reaches a customer, and we pride ourselves on remembering the little things: the preferred color and configuration of the car, whether someone likes a specific model or trim. If a client wants a particular model of automobile, our mindset is simple: find a way to make it happen.
I’m most proud of the trust we’ve earned over three decades. The fact that clients come back to us again and again—and often say they feel “known” the moment they arrive—is the best validation of the culture we’ve worked so hard to build. What sets us apart isn’t just an impressive fleet; it’s that every vehicle, every interaction, and every handoff is treated as an opportunity to deepen a relationship. That relationship‑first culture is our true differentiator, and it’s the reason we’re still here and still growing 30 years later.
What makes you happy?
My health and family are extremely important to me, and being around family brings me tremendous joy. For my brother Kavous and me, our Go Rentals employees are truly part of that family. At this point in our careers, nothing makes us happier than watching our team grow. As the business expands, we get to see our people develop both professionally and personally. Many of our team members are promoted, move to new cities, and even meet their life partners along the way.
Last year was a record year for me—I attended 12 engagement parties and weddings for Go Rentals team members, and that filled me with pride and happiness. We take very seriously our responsibility to provide a work environment where our people can grow, thrive, and build meaningful lives. We genuinely appreciate our team, and we see Go Rentals not just as a company, but as a family.
