Today we’d like to introduce you to Keleah Brown.
Hi Keleah, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My husband, Dennis, and I own Pew Army, which is a media company offering graphic design services, videography, photography, NFT projects, and NFT consultations.
Pew Army was founded in 2019, and we have recently become full-time entrepreneurs. With our passion for freedom, we found our niche in the outdoors and 2nd amendment community.
We have two boys that we are raising to be respectful, respected, and prepared.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has not been smooth, but it has been steady.
When we first started Pew Army, we still had a lot of distractions, whether it was corporate jobs or backlash from others. Balancing the genesis of a business with life’s curveballs has been quite the journey, but one that is 100% worth it. Pew Army started off purely as an FFL that built quality, custom rifles. Lead by our passion, Pew Army pivoted into a media company. Our storefront became our studio and we haven’t looked back since.
Through discipline, faith, and consistency, we have been able to fully focus on our business growth and expansion. We have been able to meet the best people, attend events, and travel as a part of our work. We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to do what we truly enjoy!
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Pew Army?
Pew Army is family-owned and operated. We provide media services, specializing in the outdoors and 2nd amendment community. We offer graphic design services, photography, videography, NFT projects, and NFT consultations.
We are known for our micro content; short videos meant to capture your audience’s attention. Our services help Pro 2nd Amendment companies expand their reach to underrepresented communities. Many of our clients use our content for their social media ads, websites, catalogs, and email marketing.
Out of all of our accomplishments, we are most proud of the community that we have built around our brand. We have created and maintained genuine relationships with our clients, supporters, and industry partners. We are a brand of integrity, creativity, and dedication.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
We are blessed to meet a lot of new people and network often. The best practice for networking is to show up prepared and be yourself. Everyone is uniquely made and people want to see what it is that YOU have to offer.
Be:
– Open to feedback but confident in your abilities.
– Passionate about what you do, but interested in what others do as well.
– Looking for opportunities, but offering value to others.
The same principle applies for finding a mentor.
