My journey really started before I ever saw my first contract. I grew up in North East Ohio, immersed in agriculture, horses, and rural living. Values that shaped who I am long before real estate entered the picture. That early foundation turned into a career in construction, where for over 20 years I ran a contracting company in Ohio and worked on everything from custom homes to horse barns to full farm build-outs. I learned utilities, dirt work, infrastructure, and what truly makes land usable, valuable, and functional.
Getting licensed in real estate was my opportunity to bridge the gap between construction knowledge and market expertise. I became licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma to better serve the full Texoma region, especially rural properties, acreage, and equestrian facilities. What started as a natural extension of my work quickly became my true passion.
Today, I specialize in Farm & Ranch, Land, and Residential properties, helping clients from all backgrounds: ranchers expanding their operations, equestrians seeking show-level barns, investors looking for land opportunities, and families searching for lifestyle properties. My business has grown through relationships, community connections, and an unwavering commitment to transparency and hard work.
How I got here is simple: I said yes to the lifestyle I already lived, and I built a career around helping others live it too.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it hasn’t always been smooth, and honestly, I’m thankful for that. When I made the decision to start an entirely new career path 1,500 miles from home, I didn’t have a familiar network, a safety net, or a roadmap. But those early challenges shaped me.
We’ve been impressed with Lauren McCambridge, REALTOR, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I run my business with a simple focus of serving the Farm & Ranch, Land Aquisition and Rural Residential market and with a level of expertise that goes far beyond traditional real estate. With over 20 years in construction and contracting, I bring a hands-on understanding of land, barns, utilities, and rural infrastructure that truly sets me apart. Clients choose me because I can walk a property and explain not just the price, but the function, value, and long-term potential.
I’m licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma, and I specialize in equestrian facilities, acreage, and lifestyle properties. I’m known for being straightforward, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to protecting my clients’ best interests.
At the end of the day, my brand is built on trust, hard work, and doing right by people. And I’m proud of that every single day.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
Riding ponies in the pasture and swimming during summer months.
