Today we’d like to introduce you to Lee Buchanan
Hi Lee, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Let’s see! I have been in the business since 2004. I have been a realtor in the state of Texas for 6 years. I have been in the business long enough to experience the highs and lows. I am a successful real estate agent today because of my dedication to my clients and a lot of very long days. LOL! I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I absolutely LOVE what I do and how I help families make one of the biggest decisions of their lifetime.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I can honestly say that the only “struggle” in the real estate business was when covid hit. I had to learn how to “pivot” to keep my real estate business thriving.

Sold Buy Lee is a play on words that outlines what I do as a profession and my real name. I am a seasoned real estate agent and what sets me apart from other agents is my hard work, dedication and drive. I treat each client like a person and not a transaction and I know that people appreciate that. I am most proud of the rate at which my clients refer each other to me for business. Of course, my goal with every successful transaction is to hopefully get a referral for a new client. I want readers to know that I specialize in ALL THINGS real estate. Whether you are buying, renting, selling a home or commercial space I can assist and give each client white glove service.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory would be spending the Christmas holiday at my grandparents’ home. I love when my family has gatherings. This was also back in the day prior to social media invading our lives.
