Hi Lee & Dominique, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
This joint venture was birthed when we realized the power of the pair. We were doing the same kind of class individually when we decided to just try out a video together. The video did so well on social media we decided to partner up.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This road has been everything but smooth, but we were determined. Some of the challenges we have faced so far are getting people up at 8 am on a Saturday, and also getting guys to believe that this class is for everyone not just women.

Level up step is a joint venture between body by lee and to unique. We specialize in hip-hop step aerobics classes. Our energy and ability to include everyone is what sets us apart. We are known for bringing a new kind of cardio class to Dallas. We are proud of the growth we have been able to accomplish in the short time of doing business together. We want you to know that we want to step with everyone in Dallas and we won’t be satisfied until we do. So, meet us every Saturday, 8 am at Elite Sports.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson we have learned is the power of the pair. There are many entrepreneurs that try to do it all on their own, but simply put sometimes it’s just better together.
