Hi Linica, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have always loved to cook. I feel like a good meal puts people in a happy place and I love to provide good meals to keep as many people in a place as possible..
I realized a long time ago that cooking was gift to world.. I feel so thankful to blessed with this gift and I just wanna share my gift and my food with the world

I made my first full dinner at 9 years old it was a roast, canned green beans, and canned corn lol it was actually very Amaizeng I remember it so clearly
So from there I’ve been cook ever since and I’ve always loved the reaction I get when people try my food

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The main obstacle I’ve been faced with it is my own self doubt. It was very hard for me to visualize making a real living just from people trying my food. Once I gave it a try it’s been up hill ever since

I have a catering/restaurant business. I specialize in seafood, soul food. And making sure each plate looks Amaizeng. I’m known for the food that looks so good that it’ll instantly make you HUNGRY!!! Mg most popular items are the Cajun Alfredo,, the Cajun friend rice and ANYTHING SEAFOOD!!!!,
What sets my business apart from others is I love to offfer 5 star cuisine with a very down to earth experience and I always offer great vibes and positive energy when you dine with Taste Amaizeng so that you get a full experience each time.

Right now I’m most proud of the consistency and growth that I can actually see daily by just actually putting in the hard work. Sometimes in life I feel like even when I’ve worked hard I still haven’t gotten seen the results always pan out but with my business it’s different every single inch of work I put I can tell that it matters and it shows in my daily growth.
I need you guys to know that when you finally get a chance to try my food or book my services that you will be 100% satisfied and I know you’ll love my AMAIZENG food. I have made so many people that claimed to not like seafood into seafood liovers. Just be sure to give us a try!!!

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
I’ve never really had a mentor. I do feel like having a mentor is a great thing to keep you motivated. I more so just look at certain situations, individuals and lifestyles that I’m inspired by. I’m just now getting into actually networking and I will say that is very helpful and it’s necessary to network when your growing your business. I feel that it’s truly 1/2 about what you know and 1/2 about who you know. Between those 2 you’ll do pretty good. Networking tools that have worked for me is just ALWAYS speaking on your brand and ani matter where and what your doing carrying yourself the way you want to represent your brand.
