Hi Mike, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started DJ-ing over 35 years ago. What drew me to this profession was my overwhelming love for music and the uniqueness that DJ-ing provided caused that love to intensify in me. I choose to take that love more serious in 2003 by creating DJ Mike Production Company. I have had at the opportunity to DJ all types of event from Weddings, Private Parties, School Events, Fashion Shows, Bar & Bat Mitzvah, Holiday Parties, Corporate Events, Online Radio, Podcast, Quinceanera, Sweet Sixteen, & so much more. I get such a wonderful feeling seeing all the joy that I have had the opportunity to provide for all my clients. That’s one of the main reasons that I continue to do this.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing worth living for will come without obstacles or challenges. It was very challenging in the beginning because I had to learn how to think like a businessman and not an artist. I had to figure out what was my worth as a DJ and all to create processes that assisted me in becoming successful. I learned the importance of how to create my a professional atmosphere and how to do everything the correct way.

DJ Mike Production has over 20 years of entertainment experience which results in maturity and first-hand knowledge of what makes an event a success. We have had great success providing quality and memorable service for a variety of events including wedding receptions, anniversaries, birthday parties, fundraisers, corporate functions, community & church gatherings, holiday parties, bat mitzvah, bar mitzvah, private events, school functions, and more. Selecting the entertainment for your event is one of the most important decisions you will have to make about your special day. Your event is a unique reflection of your celebration and your desire to share your joy with others. No two events are exactly alike!
With your guidance, we will design the entertainment for your event according to your musical tastes and the atmosphere you wish to create. A list of over 900,000 songs is made accessible to you so that you may communicate to us the type of music you desire, even the specific selections that you do not wish to hear. In addition, your guests will be able to make requests before and during your event unless otherwise directed by you.
Crisp, clear sound is provided at the volume you prefer so that your event will be memorable for its music and sound quality not for its loud or obnoxious noise. Guests almost always remember the music played at special events and such memories are long-lasting.
