Priscilla, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
NT Sign Service, LLC is a family-owned and operated business that began with us wanting better for our family. As a mother of 4 kids, with the youngest on my hip and one on the way we started in our garage with a single service truck. Frank Silva, my husband, President, and Founder drove the truck and completed all of our service calls and installs. After developing a strong following of loyal customers, Frank and I retired our garage operation and expanded to an office/warehouse facility. Today, we have multiple trucks and equipment capabilities to take on custom signage and lighting projects of substantial magnitude. Even during the pandemic, we were still able to maintain and grow our thriving business.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Working with my husband has been exciting and challenging all on its own. We have overcome so much together and proud to say that we’ve kinda grown into a power couple. As a small business, we have growing pains, that sometimes make us want to stay small. One thing that matters to us is that our children never see us give up. I don’t believe growth without challenges is true growth.
