Hi Robert, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Dallas Cabinet Company is a sister company of our other business The Franco Company where we design and build custom furniture. We started this new cabinet sector to address a problem that we noticed over the years of building furniture for homeowners. We kept being asked if we did cabinets because the company they hired never finished the job. We heard this over and over. So, I thought to myself, I can start a cabinet company that is focused on the assurances that we will build your cabinets right and we will see the project through. Thus, Dallas Cabinet Company was created. We offer transparent pricing, clear communication throughout the process, CAD and 3D modeling, and of course, beautiful cabinetry. Our commitment to see the job through is what gives our clients piece of mind when investing in their home and sets us apart from other custom cabinet companies. Our reputation is the most important thing to us, so we do whatever it takes to make our clients happy.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Since we have already been in this industry, the extension has been relatively smooth. We have previous relationships with builders, designers, and former clients so once we spread the word of our new endeavors the name has been spreading quickly. There are always new challenges, but we are excited to build this with our team the same way we did The Franco Company.
As you know, we’re big fans of Dallas Cabinet Company. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are a high end custom cabinet company serving North Texas. We fabricate our own cabinets in our Dallas warehouse to custom fit your home. We only use the best materials and hardware on your projects, no particle board here. Our communication with our customers is what really makes us different. We answer the phone when you call, we show up when we say.
Our logo is a Pegasus which represents our Dallas pride. Our cabinet makers have over 30years experience in the Dallas area. So, we have seen it all and we can’t wait to have the opportunity to work with you.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Focus… We treat every client’s home like it is our own. We are not a bulk cabinet company that runs multiple jobs at once. We tailor to high end clients who want the focused attention from its cabinet team to make sure the process is smooth throughout, and we provide that. Keeping this philosophy, we believe will make us stand out.
