My name is Rosy Cruz, I am a bilingual Realtor in the DFW area. I am a wite to a man who supports me 100% on my business and a mother to 3 beautitul children, Roberto, Sheyla & Valentina. I have always had a passion for serving people one way or another. l’have 15+ years of customer service behind me, which has helped me on this amazing career of Real Estate. I did a little bit of everything trom owning my house cleaning business to being a Certified Medical Assistant at Texas Health hospitals. I am the type of person that dreams of something today and makes it happen tomorrow. My parents who have always been a huge impact in my lite always taught me to tight for my dreams and never give up, and here lam, doing what Ilove the most, helping
people achieve their American Dream.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not been easy but it has not been impossible, having the correct team makes everything so much easier. From being with the correct Broker to having a lender that truly cares about helping our clients achieve their dream.

As you know, we’re big fans of Real Estate. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I am currently with Eagle One Realty, David Cerda the CEO has always been a phenomenal help to my business. Always being there when I have a question. He has been a great asset to help me know what I know today and of course I am still learning. What sets me apart from all agents in the DFW area; I am here to help people not for the money. I love handing clients their key to their first home. It is a blessing being able to do that. Every client is different and everyone has different situations so for that I always evaluate them and decide which lender I will recommend to assure they are getting the help they need based on their needs.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Yes, always find a person who is willing to teach you all the ups and downs. Someone who has a positive attitude and is not scared of any hard work. Real Estate is a hard working business. You work 24/7 if need to.
