Today we’d like to introduce you to Scott Schilling.

Hi Scott, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
As an international speaker and trainer, being based close to DFW airport makes it tremendously easy to fly to any city worldwide to speak and train.

It also is a central location to serve companies, organizations, and events throughout the Metroplx.

As a sales trainer, I work with individuals, companies, and sales teams so being based in Dallas allows me the opportunity to serve those with a desire to make more money through securing more business and closing more sales.

There are many of my ideal clients to work with including insurance agents, financial planners, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and those that depend on face-to-face presentation to sell their offers.

I demystify the sales process and help others realize and reframe that selling is actually serving because done well, it is simply identifying problems and providing the appropriate solution!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Entrepreneurial business always has it’s share of challenges and bumps in the road. In most cases, over coming those challenges makes you stronger, more valuable in the marketplace, and provides you the expertise to serve those that experience similar challenges and bumps.

Being off course is not really the issue because everyone will be off course at some time. The wisdom comes in learning to be off course less far and less often.

As you know, we’re big fans of Schilling Sales and Marketing, Inc.. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I speak, train, coach, and consult on selling more, with less effort, at higher margins, for extended periods of time.

I’m uniquely qualified to accomplish these tasks because of presenting at over 3,000 LIVE events, personally selling over $25 million, and implementing my training programs into an organization ultimately growing them from approximately $8 million dollars annually, to nearly $100 million annually in less than 6 years.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
I live personally and professionally by the Zig Ziglar quote, “You can have everything in life you want when you simply help enough other people get what they want!”
