Inspiring Conversations with Shantae Finley of Life Force Management USA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Shantae Finley.

Shantae, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey started over 25 years ago as I watched loved ones pass away before their time from failing health issues. In 2005 I lost my best friend, my big brother Stacey Warren to cancer. After watching him deteriorate over 18 months, I vowed to educate myself on how to take a more holistic approach to optimum living and implementing preventive habits, so that I may teach and impart them on to my love ones. I begin to implement different eating habits to address some of my genetic deficiencies and to aid in my active lifestyle. I have been in the fitness and wellbeing industry for over 20yrs. I was a key leader in the opening of 5 fitness centers in the DFW of one of the most nationally recognized fitness franchises between 2005-2008.
As I consumed information and education regarding fitness and nutrition, I noticed that something was missing. I wondered why some, who came to the gym, counted calories, and ate so the called healthy foods did not get the results they so desired, r why were they still getting certain diseases or chronic illnesses. At that moment, I knew that a natural and holistic approach would give me a better understanding of the complete human phenomenon and how to assist committed individuals in achieving the most optimum health possible.
As a survivor of childhood trauma, personal struggles etc., I begin to focus on the inner workings of who I was, and how it impacted my positive and productive output to the world. However, researching and reading a ton of books on health, nutrition and mindfulness wasn’t enough. I wanted to be an expert in that space, so I decided to attend Wholistic University in Atlanta Georgia in 2012. Under the mentorship and tutelage of Dr Gabriel Hernandez, I obtained my first certification in Holistic Iridology, and then my certification as a Holistic Health Coach. I also have received my Doctor of Science In Holistic Nutrition. I also carry a certification in 1st level medicinal Qigong and as well as a proficient understanding of the basic principles, practices and philosophies of Traditional Chinese Medicine. My knowledge also extends to the ayurveda, sound therapy, color therapy disciplines, along with acupressure and meridian alignment therapy. I have also completed an advocacy training course for survivors of sexual trauma. I have volunteered for events such as the Crime Against Children Conference and others that I feel brings awareness to our community.
Along with my holistic medicine training, I have been in the tech space as a Solutions Delivery Project Manager for over a decade. With that knowledge, I have implemented a business model for Life Force Management USA, that aligns ancient holistic practices with modern technology. This allows me to offer a turnkey experience for my very busy professionals, however it allows me to hold their hand throughout their wellness journey. My passion and purpose are to elevate, educate and eliminate. Elevate your awareness, educate you on the “what” and the “how”, and then eliminate all of the blockers, trauma, people , toxins ,habits that have been hindering you from reaching your most optimum health.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It is not always a smooth road when you are introducing new concepts and ideas about wellness and healing to people who may have only been exposed to a traditional way of looking at health. I think people use the term holistic health very loosely a may not truly understand the mind , body , and spirit element of how wellness works. A big challenge is convincing potential clients and the general public that “energy ” and “frequency” is real , and it can be measured and quantified, and applied to the protocol in someone’s wellness journey.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am a holistic wellness coach. Some may even call me a life coach. I provide solutions for the common struggles that people have when it comes to their health. Which could be nutrition, emotional health, mindfulness practice, weight management and weight loss goals, improved focus , goal setting , low energy and much more. My business model is that I combine ancient methodologies with modern technology. I provide my clients with the latest and greatest wellness technology to identify our baseline and how I build your wellness protocol. We have scans to identify which biomarkers are in range. We have the ability to identify food deficiencies, along with devices to identify stored emotional trauma , and so much more..Our programs are tailor fit for the client. We don’t adhere to a one size fits all approach. We also have workshops, and programs for corporate wellness .

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My mentor in the naturopathic medicine space would be Dr. Gabriel Hernandez in Atlanta Georgia. e has taught me so much , and whenever I think I have arrived, he introduces new information for me to learn.
My oldest son Omar Finley has always been a champion for me. He has been intricate in helping me build my brand , along with my team Precious Agu, Zyan Crain, and Swan Rivers,.

My sister Sheree Hunter is always supporting me and being a voice for my company.

Torei Crain has been the biggest advocate and supporter of who I am and what I do. He is always referring clients to me, and we are constantly having elevated dialogue on how I see LFM USA in the next 3 to 5 years.

Brandon Spencer has also been a intricate business partner and friend throughout this process.

Cory Wooten and Cliff Rankin have been such a champion for LFM USA , and I appreciate all of their hard work in helping the growth of the company.

Laura Mitchell Wilde and Amanda Muhammad are my biggest fans and they are brilliant in their wellness space as well. They always challenge me to be great ,and we often bounce amazing ideas off each other.

Last but not least, My client Nicole Taylor. She has been my guardian angel since we started working together in February of 2024. She is always promoting what I do, but most importantly, she acknowledges and has applied everything that I have asked and required her to do , and it worked.
