Hi Sonja, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started Love Bananas Popsicles due to my Love for food and my Passion for healthy sweet treats.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting a business and maintaining it isn’t easy. Growing my business organically is my goal; making savvy decisions that are impactful short and long-term is always difficult as a small business owner. I lean on my advocates for support and a good peep talk at times.

I specialize in Organic, Vegan, and Low-calorie banana-based popsicles. I manufacture this product in my commercial kitchen located in Plano, TX. My popsicle treats are soft, smooth, and creamy. I create these decadent popsicles in season from March to the end August. Serving 8 flavors currently, I introduced my 8th flavor, Tropical, this 2023 season.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I center myself with silent walks and meditation. Staying aligned and in tune with your whole being is key in my opinion.
