Inspiring Conversations with Tiffany Ditto of Zoza Ink

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Ditto

Hi Tiffany, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Starting my own business has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember—not just to be my own boss but to create something that helps others.

I’ve also always been passionate about marketing and design. There’s just something about the way a great logo or a bold design can tell a story and make an impact. I’ve worked in marketing for many years and know how important branding is for businesses. A strong brand isn’t just a logo on a T-shirt—it’s a statement, a first impression, and sometimes, the thing that sets you apart from the competition.

My partner, Francisco Zapien, has been in the garment printing industry for over 10 years. He knows everything about screen printing and embroidery—what works, what doesn’t, and how to make designs come to life on fabric. When we finally made the leap to put our skills together, it just made sense.

That’s how Zoza Ink was born.

We didn’t just want to start a print shop. We wanted to create a business that helps other businesses stand out and make their mark on the community.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I come from a marketing and design background, so I love the creative side of the business—helping clients bring their vision to life. But running a business is so much more than that. Managing finances, logistics, and day-to-day operations has been a huge learning curve. I’ve had to step outside my comfort zone and develop systems to keep things running smoothly.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
At Zoza Ink, we’re all about helping people bring their brands to life. Whether it’s a small business looking for custom shirts, a team needing embroidered uniforms, or an artist wanting to create merch, we specialize in screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-film, and vinyl decoration styles.

We’re not just here to print designs — we’re here to help businesses stand out.

One thing I’m really proud of is that Zoza Ink isn’t just about us—it’s about the people we help. We love seeing businesses, artists, and entrepreneurs thrive, and if we can play a small part in that by providing them with quality, eye-catching apparel, then we’ve done our job.

At the end of the day, we’re here to make the process easy, fun, and something you’re excited about. If you’ve got a vision for your brand, we’re here to help make it happen.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I love the podcast Everyone Hates Marketers. It’s great because it isn’t full of fluff and jargon and provides actionable insights for business owners/other marketers. I also like the podcast Marketing Against the Grain.

During the day, I like to listen to audiobooks while I work. I listen to a mix of memoirs and realistic fiction books.
