Jeremiah Woodard of Fort Worth on Life, Lessons & Legacy

Jeremiah Woodard shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Jeremiah , a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me is just me hanging out with my girlfriend, on the game with some friends, occasionally hanging with my family, watching anime, just a bunch of random stuff.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Jeremiah Woodard, a freelance photographer based in Fort Worth, Texas. When it comes to photography, I shoot just about everything. I truly love the art of taking pictures and capturing subtle yet beautiful moments. When it comes to photoshoots, I encourage people to just be themselves and have fun. Pretend like I’m not even here and it’s just you.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
Definitely my friends and family. They truly helped shape me becoming the person I am now. Without them, lord knows where I would be now. Growing up, I believe that your friends and family can truly be the greatest support system you can have, as I believe they have your best interest at heart. I know I don’t say it a lot, but I am extremely grateful for every moment that I have shared with everyone and I would like to thank my family for always being very supportive and continuing to be a guide for me, even as an adult.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
No matter what anyone tells you if you love what you do, stick to it.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Snacks haha. Especially Pop Tarts, my top 3 is Hot Fudge Sundae, Chocolate Chip and Cookies n cream. Other than that, just enjoying the little things in life.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I would hope people will say that I would always do my best to help anyone. Doesn’t matter what it is. Whether it is promoting a business or just having a genuine conversation. There’s no greater feeling than helping someone, it feels ethereal in a way. I feel like people don’t realize it, but that is one of the greatest feelings of all time.
