Life and Work with Rachel Specht

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rachel Specht.

So, before we jump into specific questions about what you do, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Growing up in a military family, I had the opportunity to live throughout the US as well as Europe. I developed the ability to create lasting relationships before my family would relocate to a new assignment. Having lived in Germany for several years, I am fluent in German and have an extensive international network which is an invaluable asset for any investor, buyer or homeowner who wishes to reach the global market.

A graduate of Texas State University, I specialize in Southlake, Colleyville and Keller luxury markets. Technologically savvy and highly experienced in marketing and social media strategy, I offer a fresh, innovative approach to real estate sales and am able to pair my broad knowledge of real estate with the experiences I have gathered. I’ve learned from the best-of-the-best and that has been invaluable in my career.

My passion for real estate developed out of a desire for connecting people to the things that they love. My clients remain my number one priority and I’m committed to growing and maintaining lasting relationships.

I guide people through every step of the buying and selling process, taking a patient and enthusiastic approach to every transaction. For me, there’s nothing more gratifying than helping my clients find their dream homes and move on to an exciting new phase in their lives. My clients benefit from the network of agents at Engel & Völkers with its culture and global reach, as well as my extended relationships with a remarkable team of realtors, experienced escrow and title officers, skilled mortgage lenders, and efficient office staff.

When I am not caring for my clients, I enjoy expanding my worldview through travel. I lead an active lifestyle through scuba diving, weight lifting, rock climbing and yoga.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My success has not been easy, but I work hard every day to run a successful business and to make my clients happy. The real estate business can be very competitive. If this is your dream, stick with it and never give up on yourself. There are days where deals will fall apart, but the most important thing is moving forward.

What do you do, what do you specialize in, what are you known for, etc. What are you most proud of? What sets you apart from others?
I am a luxury real estate agent specializing in Southlake, Colleyville and Keller. I am proud of building lasting relationships that long outlast the escrow process. Building my business at the age of 26 has allowed me to utilize my social media marketing skills to provide extra exposure for my clients.

Were there people and/or experiences you had in your childhood that you feel laid the foundation for your success?
Absolutely! My parents taught me to work hard for the things I want in my life. Coming from a military family and moving every couple of years, helped me learn how to develop relationships quickly.
