Today we’d like to introduce you to Raven Pettigrew.
Raven, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started blogging a couple of years ago and stopped because I didn’t know how to really get started. Well, after a while, I started back up and I’ve been promoting for various companies and have grown since. I love going to new places and getting to experience new things and talk to new people.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The struggles were definitely going through college and having a hard time finding time and places to promote or blog about. But my senior year was flexible and allowed me to do more things. For the young women wanting to start their journey, just keep pushing through. Go out and try to find something at least every other day and just enjoy being you.
Please tell us about your business.
I’m currently working with a branding company right now on some upcoming materials for my followers. I specialize in giving fashion/style advice and beauty products as well as fun things to do in different areas of the world. I’m set apart from others by being authentic and real with my viewers and trying to provide some fun and cost-effective advice.
Who have you been inspired by?
My grandmother is a big inspiration in my life. She’s done so much for me and has helped me become the fashionista I am today. We love shopping and going to different places around the world. She constantly inspires me to be a better person every day.
