Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandon Dyer

Hi Brandon, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
A former co worker I use to work with was having a conversation, she was talking about her art,. I so just so happened to walk by the conversation,.and chime in. I told her I create too . I forgot what type art she dose. I think it was I like next day i brought some of my art work to show her. She told me that they have art shows around the area. She encouraged me to applied for their art shows.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Yes. I was struggle with a having niche, in beginning. I didn’t know what type of art was going to create. I knew how to draw . I been drawing since I was about five years old.
My mother use to take me to art shops and ceramic shops , when i was young. She was a oil painter. She influenced me.
I didn’t have any paintings under my belt . Doing art professionally was NOT on my radar.’ I did art as a hobby .

One day I told myself, I’m going to give painting a try.
I was terrible when I first started painting (laughing). So I decided started watching content on YouTube on how to paint.

I started from scratch.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I do a mixture of pop art and portraits. I love painting things that Inspire me growing up as child.

I try to think outside box. When creating a painting.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters to me is , I can connect with my audience, that love my art work.
