Life & Work with Breanna Rhodes

Today we’d like to introduce you to Breanna Rhodes.

Hi Breanna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started making cool cookie art in my 750 sq-ft apartment six years ago. I’ve since expanded to working in my house (yay!) and eventually want to own a storefront. I’m a mama of four and a wife to my amazing husband! Cookies are not only my career, but they’re my escape from the real world.

I’m so thankful I get to do this every day.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The pandemic hindered people from ordering, due to parties coming to a screeching halt. Other than that, I’ve been more successful than I could dream of!

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I make decorated sugar cookies and cocoa bombs for the holidays! I’m proud of my growth over the last six years! If you could see my first cookies ever…yikes.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory is cooking in the kitchen with my aunt and uncle. I think they’re who I get my kitchen love from!

Pricing:

  • Decorated cookies start at $40/dozen
  • Cocoa bombs are $6/$7 each!
