Today we’d like to introduce you to Hailee Johnson.
Hi Hailee, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
During college I was working as a health coach hosting workouts at the local park in the community. I loved helping those around me and my clients come up with an action plan towards their goals – back then, my focus was in nutrition, so whether their goal was to lose 10lbs, gain 10lbs, or to feel better overall, I wanted nothing more than to help them achieve that and support them along their Journey. After college, I moved to Denver, Colorado. I needed a change of scenery and the mountains, and I wanted to go after some of my own personal goals. I wound up meeting this guy who would end up putting me through the wringer mover the next 3 years… I empathized with his pain to the point where I let his behavior slide, and the relationship ultimately became emotionally and psychically abusive. At the end of our third year together, I was looking for an out. I had completely lost touch with my inner voice – it was like my truth was silenced. I didn’t know how to trust someone, let alone trust myself.
I left the relationship and, sadly, Colorado to move back home. When I did, I spent the next year really focusing on myself, my goals, and what type of life I wanted to create for myself. I started my blog back in 2021 as a way to share my story online in hopes that it would help at least one person. One story, and several years later, I’ve grown my community on Instagram to over 40k. I speak on mental health, the importance of self-love, and mindfulness techniques to help us cope and flourish. Now, I create Content Fulltime and coach one on one with women who want a deeper connection with themselves.
I never wanted anyone to ever feel alone.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Is it ever a smooth road? Haha starting a business definitely isn’t easy, and I wish I would have listened to the advice of others at that time. Transitioning from Corporate real estate to Creating-Coaching full-time last year was a big move, and to be honest, I had no idea how to balance all the things for the business. I’ve learned so much from this process and I’m super grateful for my mentors and the support around me.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a Holistic lifestyle & Self-love Coach who is known for sharing mental health humor on Instagram and bringing some dark-ish humor into the mix. When I’m not creating content for my community or for brands that I partner with, I’m working one-on-one with women (and some men) to help connect to the deeper parts of themselves. This work is so specific to the individual, and that’s what I enjoy most about it. Everyone is starting from a similar yet different point in their journeys, and to get to the final destination for each person takes the same awareness and resilience it takes to start anything. Trauma or not, were multifaceted humans who are emotional beings. We deserve the space to feel free and authentic in that space. And I believe that is the energy I bring online and to my work – authenticity. That’s what sets us all apart.
How can people work with you, collaborate with you, or support you?
Any support is GREAT support! If you’re looking for a lifestyle coach, you can apply to work with me via my website. I’d love it if , you can follow me on IG (@haileee_fierceee) and share one of my videos with a friend.
I love to connect and collaborate with likeminded humans in the mental health/holistic space anytime, and I’m launching a Podcast on Spotify in March. Any collaboration’s can be booked via email.
