Hi Jade, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
With a background in psychology, corporate leadership, and a lifelong instinct for gathering and organizing, I bring both intuition and precision to every celebration I design. My work is rooted in connection, elevated by experience, and guided by a deep appreciation for meaningful details.
As a natural host and the oldest of four sisters, my love for bringing people together and creating meaningful moments began early. What started as an innate gift has grown into a refined craft, one I feel truly honored to share with each couple I serve.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a perfectly smooth road, and truthfully, I wouldn’t want it to be. Building something meaningful rarely is, right? In the early days, I wore every hat, often behind the scenes, learning how to balance creativity with the realities of running a business. There were seasons of uncertainty, attracting the right clients, and trusting that the work I felt called to create would resonate.
Over time, the challenges shifted. Growth brought its own complexities: learning to set boundaries, protecting the client experience, and ensuring that every celebration still feels deeply personal and thoughtfully curated. But each stretch has shaped the heart of what I do. It’s taught me resilience and the importance of staying rooted in my purpose.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At the heart of my work as a wedding planner is a deep commitment to creating celebrations that feel as meaningful as they are beautiful. I specialize in thoughtfully designed weddings that are intentional and deeply personal. One of my favorite quotes is, “The details are not just the details. They make the design” by Charles Eames. My approach blends elevated design with a strong sense of purpose, allowing each celebration to reflect not just a style, but a story.
I’m known for creating an experience that feels seamless and calm for my couples. There’s a level of care and attentiveness woven throughout the process. This allows them to be fully present and truly enjoy their day.
What I’m most proud of is the trust my couples place in me. Being invited into such a meaningful season of their lives is something I never take lightly. It’s not just about producing a beautiful wedding, it’s about stewarding a moment that will be remembered for generations.
What sets my work apart is the intentional intimacy woven into each celebration. My goal is to design weddings in a way that guests don’t just attend, but leave feeling like they truly know the couple more deeply. It’s about creating an atmosphere that feels personal and warm. Don’t get me wrong though, I want to be stunning, but I want it to go beyond aesthetics.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is the value of alignment. I strive to ensure the relationship between my clients and myself is truly the right fit from the very beginning.
Over time, I’ve come to understand that the most seamless, meaningful celebrations are built on a foundation of trust. When there’s a natural rapport, my couples feel confident being open about what matters most to them, and in turn, trust me to guide the process with care and intention. The experience becomes more collaborative and ultimately more enjoyable for everyone involved.
