Today we’d like to introduce you to Jarrett Browning.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey to chiropractic and NetworkSpinal® began with an immense curiosity about how people heal. I wanted to gain an awareness beyond just the physical. I sensed that there must be a link with people’s emotions and energetics.
Early in my career, I realized that traditional approaches to pain often overlooked one essential piece: the nervous system. I saw people trying to ‘fix’ symptoms without ever addressing the underlying stress patterns or disconnects that were driving them. This insight changed everything for me.
When I experienced NetworkSpinal for the first time, it was like my body finally took a breath. I had decades of compounding injuries from gymnastics and finally found the resource for true healing that I was searching for. I wasn’t just moving differently after each session, I noticed myself expressing more emotionally, processing stress more efficiently, and connecting with who I really am. The work helped me understand that healing isn’t about fighting the body; it’s about listening to it.
That experience shaped the foundation for Align Dallas. I chose to create a space where people could come home to themselves. I knew the environment needed to feel calm, intentional, and safe enough to truly unwind.
I opened Align Dallas in 2023 with the vision of bringing NetworkSpinal to our community. Every day, I see people who are stressed, tense, or simply feeling disconnected from their body. Watching them begin to soften, breathe, and reconnect is the most rewarding part of my work.
Align Dallas has become more than a chiropractic office, it’s a place of restoration, awareness, and possibility. It’s where people walk out relieved of pain and realigned with who they really are.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like all callings, when it’s right you get moved where you need to be. I have felt a strong, clear path from the very beginning of choosing chiropractic and NetworkSpinal.
Starting Align Dallas was both exciting and humbling. I opened after 10 years in practice with a purposeful vision of creating a space that is more connected, more intentional, and more reflective of how people actually heal. Translating that vision into reality took time, trust, and patience.
Throughout my career, there have been seasons of uncertainty and many times where I questioned giving it all up to have a secure paycheck. Thank God for the next person that walked in the door and reminded me of why I was chosen for this work.
There is that saying, “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” I laugh at how cheesy this is, and there is tremendous truth to it. Growth rarely happens in a straight line and closely mimics what I’ve learned with nervous system healing. Each challenge, whether financial, emotional, or personal, has driven me to be more of myself in business and allowed my true caring for people to shine through.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
At Align Dallas, I specialize in helping people reconnect with their body’s natural ability to heal and adapt through a gentle approach called NetworkSpinal.
There is a great cultural awareness turning our focus on nervous system regulation. Fortunately, NetoworkSpinal has been on the leading edge of creating a cohesive path for people to experience profound nervous system healing. Rather than forcing change through traditional adjustments, NetworkSpinal uses light, specific contacts along the spine to cue the brain to release chronic patterns and reorganize in a way that touches every part of your being physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
I’m known for creating a care experience that feels as much about who you are as it is about what is concerning you. People often come in for physical reasons, tension, headaches, postural strain, fatigue, and more. As care continues, they start to notice changes in how they feel, think, and connect. They sleep better. They breathe easier. They feel more present in their body and their life. If I am doing my job correctly, it will seem like you wake up one day and everything has changed.
What sets Align Dallas apart is the intention behind everything we do. The design of our space and the rhythm of care is curated to help the nervous system feel safe, supported, and aware. We use advanced INSiGHT™ technology to track progress and give people tangible ways to see how their system is improving.
What I’m most proud of is watching people remember who they are. As their body starts to let go, healing happens and people realize it’s far greater than eliminating symptoms. The increased adaptability and vitality pouring out of our office is contagious. Seeing these transformations happen in real time is why I do this work.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is, “let people tell you who they are.” My practice life has been dedicated to matching the healing signature that animates a person’s spontaneous and miraculous reorganization. I’ve also learned that, while it can happen very quickly, there is no rush to the healing finish line. I thrive on getting to celebrate people waking up to a more vibrant life, and I’ll continue to be there as they desire the extra refinements to uphold that quality and standard of living.
