My Real Estate journey started over 12 years ago, as a part of dynamic duo Real Estate Team with my mother. My mother has been in Real Estate over 26+ years, so needless to say I have grown up in the industry. I thoroughly ENJOY building strong relationships, teaching others various things about the Real Estate Market, and sharing in the JOY with 1st Time Homebuyers whom are purchasing for the first time.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, Real Estate has its JOYS and also, its challenges. The market always has had HIGHS and LOWS. I credit having a great understanding of this as I saw it with my mom’s RE business first hand.
Some months are really good, some are slow. Many people move over the summer, therefore the bulk of our RE business typically picks up between March and August.
Since COVID, it has truly been a SELLER’S MARKET. This means that the sales of residential homes have been geared in favor of the seller. There are multiple offer situations in which buyers are trying to outbid each other to just find a home to live in. Buyers are oftentimes doing FULL APPRAISAL WAIVERS to “sweeten” the deal.
