Today we’d like to introduce you to Little Limbo.
Hi Little , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started recorded music in highschool when my friend told me to hop on his beats he was making on FL studio. It was all really bad music to be real but I spent years making a song everyday and trying every style that interested me until it started to fit. I’ve always been really into horror movies and video games and I try to paint pictures in my music inspired by these things and just try to keep music fun and entertaining.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I actually used to be in a whole different scene than I am now. I met a lot of my role models at the time and found out a lot of information about these people and realized I was I the wrong scene. I left all of that pretty heartbroken but I continued making my own lane and doing what I wanted and honestly music has never been this fun for me. I’m really grateful for where God has lead me in music and in life and don’t regret any of the struggles that brought me here.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m the creator of Underworld Muzik along with my good friends and producers CuBox and StillHoy. I’m most proud of my album underworld muzik for sure. StillHoy moved in with me for a few months just to work on it with me and the album is easily my favorite thing I’ve created. There’s so many memories around it. I think what sets me apart from others is my sound, I definitely have inspirations but I don’t think I sound like anybody else. I’m not tryna be the cheap copy of what’s already made I am Limbo no substitute.
What does success mean to you?
Success is waking up everyday and being grateful for another chance. I’m joyful and I love the music I make. I could care less about how viral my next video is or whatever I’m having hella fun, I love my music, it makes my friends happy too. What else could you want? I’m so excited about what we got going on I can’t even pay attention to the success of others in my eyes I’m already successful.
