Today we’d like to introduce you to Miranda Gonzalez
Hi Miranda, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Miranda Gonzalez. I am from Fort Worth Texas little over a year ago. I made the decision to open up to the world to share my recipes as a little girl grew up with around my grandparents. My grandmother was always in the kitchen. I would always be in the kitchen with her and helping her cooking. Cooking has always been a passion of mine since I had my first child wanted to make sure that my children to grow up knowing the authentic Mexican food, When I get in the kitchen. I have so much passion on cooking a delicious meal for my family.. cooking has came so natural to me as a young age. I’d love to spend all my time in the kitchen with my grandmother on helping her make tamales or tacos if she was here until this day. I know she’ll be very proud of me on what I am doing. I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for her, showing me every step up the way. My grandmother was a wonderful grandmother teacher.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Becoming a young mother I went through a trials in my life to get where I’m at now. Cooking has been an escape for me to share my passion of food. Trust me. They have been struggles and errors throughout my life. Back in 2022. I was diagnosed with anxiety. It was a very hard to deal with it. I was struggling a lot, but that year I decided to open up my Instagram page and through that I was able to share my recipes. Since then I have not had any anxiety, or has known a panic attack.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Has a content creator love to share my recipes with the world I get so many messages telling me how much they love my recipes. What I am known for is my Birria tacos recipe that went viral .. social media has changed my entire world, but for the better.. every time I get ready to film or record I give praise to God because without him I wouldn’t be here
I am so proud that I’m able to share my recipes with so many people. I have gotten so many. Friends throughout social media. It has been Trulie and Amazing.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
if you have watched my videos, I don’t speak on none of them. I am a very shy person, but once you get to know me. I speak too much! I am not a people person, so if anyone sees me in a public settings, please don’t take it offensive, but I am a outgoing and very loyal person. I keep my circle very close.
