Hi Monica, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Hi! I am originally from Michigan, I moved to Texas in 2011. Staying organized and being persistent were always my strongest assets! In 2013, I decided to venture out of administration, after working 5 years for large to small corporations. I became a Personal Assistant to a busy family and business owner. I was able to free up “things to do” lists, so they could spend more family time and grow their business! Once I noticed how gratifying it was to give my clients TIME back in their day. I wanted to help more! While I was assisting busy professionals in and around the North Dallas area, I fell in love with the process of organizing! I enjoy gaining the knowledge and experience needed to be a Professional Organizer because the process is challenging and rewarding. I have had extraordinary mentorship through different networks. I believe every client is unique in their own needs and helping them find their way is SO gratifying!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Really, just finding my way into Organizing was a smooth process. I wanted to grow as a person and the office positions I had in the past weren’t satisfying. Once I found a passion, I began right away on gaining education needed to be considered a “Professional” in my field. In 2018 I received a certification in Challenging Disorganization, after hours of classroom and testing time. This gave me the foundation of my Organizing career!

What makes me most proud are the returning clients and the referrals from them. I love that after so many years I hear from previous clients and people I have met through my networking! What sets me apart from other people is that I care! I listen to the client and hear their challenges. I customize the experience, so they can be their best selves.

What makes me most happy is loving what I do for others and spending time with family!
