Today we’d like to introduce you to Rachel Lynn
Hi Rachel, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
The why behind my journey is what matters most to me. At 35 years old, I was a Parkland ER nurse with 15 years in the hospital system. After seeing four orthopedic doctors in just four weeks, the last one handed me a 90-day prescription for anti-inflammatories and told me I’d need double knee replacements by the time I was 50. As a borderline obese, semi-athletic volleyball coach and player, I was told to stop playing and just wait. It wasn’t making sense.
I knew it was time to take my health back into my own hands. While I did need surgery to remove a floating bone fragment from my knee, that moment was a turning point. My health and my life, became the priority.
After leaving Parkland, I immersed myself in alternative therapies; researching and experiencing firsthand the power of vitamins and proper hydration for both physical and mental health. Combined with proper nutrition, movement, and time in nature, I saw how we can heal our bodies and improve our well-being without relying on medication.
Our mission is to provide personalized education, treatments, and resources that offer a wide range of health benefits, including but not limited to reducing chronic inflammation, minimizing pain, boosting energy, and managing the root causes of chronic illness. Together, we can change the trajectory of your health and put you on the path to becoming your best self.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The biggest struggle is overcoming the preconceived notion that the only way to manage symptoms and improve health is through traditional Western medicine: over-the-counter and prescription drugs or surgery.
I’ve spent countless hours talking with clients about their symptoms and pain, helping them find ways to manage it. I’ve explained the benefits of IV vitamins and hydration before or after surgery, only to have their surgeons discourage it. While I would never advise against another medical professional’s recommendations, I want people to understand that multiple treatment options exist—ones that can help address underlying symptoms before they escalate to the point of needing surgery.
At some point, everyone is forced to address their health. Taking a proactive approach with non-pharmaceutical methods often leads to the best outcomes with the fewest side effects.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
