Today we’d like to introduce you to Taylor Symoné.
Hi Taylor, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I truly started from the bottom—and somehow, I’m here.
The Tailored Blueprint was born from failure, not perfection. It’s the result of lessons learned the hard way, rebuilding when things fell apart, and choosing growth even when quitting would’ve been easier.
Outside of this company, I own BAE Med Spa, along with several other ventures. None of them have been easy. I’ve taught entrepreneurs how to run their businesses, consulted and mentored brands at different stages, and even had to buy out a business partner and start over from scratch—all while going through a divorce, grieving the loss of my father, and doing everything in my power to protect my mental health and keep my family emotionally grounded so I could be the best mother possible.
This company represents the comeback.
Every mistake, setback, and hard decision became a lesson. The Tailored Blueprint is built on what I got wrong, what I fixed, and how I regained stability, clarity, and momentum. It’s proof that failure isn’t the end—it’s often the foundation.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Has it been a smooth road? Is success ever a smooth road?
Some of the greatest knowledge I’ve gained came through failure. Life was truly life-ing while I was taking everything I knew and pouring it into one venture after another. In the middle of that, I bought out a business partner at my med spa and was forced to reinvent a passion I had loved for years—all while navigating personal loss, transition, and uncertainty.
That season wasn’t easy, but it was necessary.
Through the reinvention, I didn’t just rebuild a business—I rediscovered myself. I learned how to pivot with intention, lead with clarity, and create structure out of chaos. (I like to call it my own world of orchestrated chaos) That period of growth is when I fully stepped into my purpose, and it’s exactly where The Tailored Blueprint was born.
Failure didn’t stop the journey—it shaped it.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
At the core, The Tailored Blueprint is a strategic ecosystem designed to help entrepreneurs transition from hustling as individuals to operating as fully structured, fundable businesses. We specialize in business consulting, credit education, funding strategies, and operational design—guiding entrepreneurs through the process of building entities that can stand, scale, and sustain independently of their personal Social Security numbers.
Our work goes beyond theory. We provide real-world credit solutions, helping clients establish and repair both personal and business credit, position themselves for funding, and access capital responsibly. From entity structuring and compliance to strategic funding plans and long-term wealth positioning, our goal is to teach entrepreneurs how to retire their SSN and move as a company, not just a brand or side hustle.
What sets us apart is how we deliver that message.
Our podcasts create the conversation—breaking down entrepreneurship, mindset, money, and real-life business lessons in a way that’s honest, accessible, and relatable. Our clothing line reinforces the identity—wearable affirmation that represents ownership, confidence, and the transition from consumer to CEO. Our digital products, planners, courses, and consulting services provide the structure—step-by-step tools that allow entrepreneurs to apply what they’re learning in real time.
Everything we create works together.
I’m most proud of the fact that this company is built from lived experience, not just credentials. Every strategy we teach is something I’ve had to learn, correct, or rebuild myself. That transparency builds trust, and that trust is what allows us to truly impact entrepreneurs who are ready to move differently—not just make money, but build longevity.
What truly sets us apart is that we don’t just help people start businesses—we teach them how to think, operate, and fund like owners, with the end goal of sustainability, generational impact, and freedom.
Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
Is this a trick question? Lol I was born and raised in Dallas, and my legacy has been—and continues to be—built here.
What I love most about the city is the constant evolution. Even with the growth and expansion, Dallas continues to create new opportunities, open doors for entrepreneurs, and provide room to build something meaningful. There’s always momentum here, and that energy pushes innovation forward.
What I like least? The clutter that comes with that growth—and, if I’m being honest, the never-ending situation on Highway 635. It’s long overdue for a real completion point. lol
Overall, Dallas is home. It’s where I started, where I’m building, and where my impact is rooted.
