Life & Work with Tiffanie Steward of Dallas,Tx

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffanie Steward.

Hi Tiffanie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
D.O.T.S / Dad’s of the South is a community- based non profit organization in which I am a Founder and Executive Director. Me and my business Partner Tommy Hall came up with the idea to start this nonprofit around 2020 and just brought it out into fruition in 2025. We both noticed that there is a need to help men and single Fathers in society period and most of the resources that are put out are mainly for Women and children. D.O.T.S mission is to support, educate, and empower single Fathers and men in our local community by providing mentorship, resources, and community programs that promote responsible fatherhood, personal development, and family stability.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road actually has been pretty smooth with this endeavor! Alot of people that we partner and speak with say all the time that they have never heard of such a program and they are very eager to help and see what they can assist with. I would say the not so easy part was just planning and getting started, but once the planning was complete everything else just fell right in place.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Well, I my self have been in nonprofit / entrepreneurship work since about 2019. I started out with a food truck business named Jaw Dropping Eatz &Sweetz in which we served the local trail ride community with food at various meets and field parties. In 2021 I became the Executive Director for the nonprofit organization Kids of Oakcliff , founded by LaKeith Hall. I ran a summer camp for 8 weeks for kids as well as provided resources and mentorship for young men and women who wanted to start and entrepreneurship endeavors. I also have another community based nonprofit that is up and coming called The Set on Seeing Amazing Project or The S.O.S.A Project. This organization will offer resources, mentorship, counseling and scholarship programs and assistance for families in the local community. We want to make sure that life is nothing short of Amazing when being in direct contact with the S.O.S.A Project! I’m also working on an Motor Carrier trucking company called Stewardism Elite, in which I plan to provide training and job aid for people that are involved with the organizations D.O.T.S and The S.O.S.A project

What’s next?
My plans for the future are to create various ways to assist my community. There is a major outcry of help for assistance through the world and I want to be able to do my part in seeing that the needs are met and acknowledged so that we can start to see better outcomes for people in the local community and around the world
