Hi Tonisha, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I believe I was destined to entertain ever since I was coming up at a young age. Being on someone’s television screen was always the goal for me. While in elementary, I had the pleasure of having many major roles and always being the face of homecoming, those experiences made me set it in stone that I will be the next Taraji P. Henson. I’m still dedicated, motivated, and adamant that I sore to the highest mount to continue my acting journey. I know one day I will be one of the greatest.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The road hasn’t always been smooth for me. I’m not perfect by any means. I have great days. I have horrible days. Having tough skin and being able to take constructive criticism will level out the occupation so the journey can be somewhat smooth.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m an actress, model, brand ambassador, and social media influencer. I specialize in acting. My personality fits the camera very well. I love to entertain and be the face of great products and brands. I’m most proud of how far I became in my career. I honestly feel as if I’m one of the greatest so I’m going to strive to become one of the greatest.
We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
I’ve learned various lessons and tips concerning Covid-19. I’ve learned how to sanitize more often and beneficial to myself and surrounding people. Covid had really been a game changer and the precautions could get quite overwhelming but also very intriguing.
