Abdul-Kareem, before we jump into specific questions about your busines, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I am a professional MMA fighter and personal trainer out of Dallas, Texas. I have been fighting professionally since 2012 and one various prestigious titles and championships. Aside from my fighting career, I am also a fitness and martial arts trainer, where I provide group and 1on1 training sessions.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a rocky road to get to the top. The struggles our way push me to fight back harder and hungrier to be successful. I love challenges and it’s what keeps me alive. Waking up every day to reach keeps me motivated.

Fitness and Martial Arts have always been my passion ever since I was a kid. I have trained and fart around the world which gave me a lot of experience and knowledge. I learned to adapt to the situation, for example. I now teach my clients through virtual portals so they can stick to their goals without risking the danger of leaving their house and catching the virus. Winning the Brave Combat Federation world Lightweight championship title in Bahrain.
