

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adan Ventura and Yasmin Valladares.
Adan, Yasmin, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Our company was founded in the spring of 2017, born from the idea of creating a new concept of catering live cooking and at the same time an unusual gastronomy in catering such as traditional Spanish food, specializing in Paellas and Tapas. It was in the city of Valencia, Spain where I learned the art of making paellas, as I describe it is not simply cooking rice, it is an explosion of flavors combined with the traditional technique of cooking it.
It was my wife Yasmin Valladares who encouraged me to create this idea since I always cooked paellas for our friends and they were delighted. This is where we seek help from professionals and we decided to start our ideas. our concept as I said before is to cook the paella on the site in that way our customers and their guests can enjoy how to make a real paella, then after 45 minutes to enjoy it freshly made. And while we cook the paellas we offer a variety of traditional tapas including the well-known Iberian ham that we carve on the site.
We also offer the flamenco show giving the event a 100% Spanish atmosphere. Thanks to God our clients have accepted the concept of wonder and nowadays we are growing in a considerable way in such a way to have 1 or 2 months of advance reservations, our goal is to be able to boost to the maximum our concept of authentic paellas and tapas and in the future to have our own restaurant and so our customers can teleport to Spain through our flavor.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a long and sacrificial journey, knowing how to maintain the balance of having time for the family, we have 2 beautiful children, Derek and Dylan who require our time, know how to be a husband, father and work overtime in our project, but each We have had our reward for a minute of sacrifice. In the area of making ourselves known at the beginning, it was difficult as it was a different way of catering but our customers were trusting us.

We are undertaking an adventure that is in a kitchen of great aspirations, offering knowledge, tradition and quality gastronomy Becoming a company with a philosophy of excellence and traditionalism. We want to offer not only the best of the flavors of this land but also charm and surprise.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The best moment of my career so far has been to make the decision to realize this dream, I am proud to be achieving these successes next to my wanted wife and family.
