Today we’d like to introduce you to Albert Arias.
Albert, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My Barber Stylist career started about a year after high school. At first, I was trying to manage both community college at Collin and attend Texas Barber College full-time. But as I was learning more about the hair industry, I seemed to become more passionate about it. I saw an art in it which I always saw myself a bit artist.
Over time I saw my progression and new I had to put my complete focus in hair. Working with customers building their confidence & creating relationships was key to growing. Putting in hard work and striving to become better day in & day out allowed me to open up a barber salon of my own at age 25. God and family & friends/clients have certainly been a big factor to where I’m at today.
Has it been a smooth road?
My struggles were working long hours to get to where I’m at.. Sacrifice many desires. Limited time with close ones.
