Andrea , please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
As I look through old photo albums, I realized my parents were fashion forward individuals. So, I couldn’t help but be a little fashionista myself. I only decided to invest in my passion roughly 2 years ago. I absolutely love making women/girls feel great about themselves regardless of how society defines us and makes us feel like we have to dress in order to fit in. Right now, my main goal is to continue to establish Ivywood Lane Boutique as a go-to brand for all things chic and modest.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has definitely not been a smooth one. In a day where social media is key to success, it is hard to get established and stay consistent. Also staying unique is somewhat hard in this day in age where trendy is the only option available.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Ivywood Lane Boutique – what should we know?
Ivywood Lane Boutique is an online clothing and accessories boutique that was launched in April 2017. It was founded by a single mother who sought to make a change in society in the way women are perceived. We are not sex objects but instead daughters, mothers, wives, entrepreneurs, and women in corporate America who have the power to change the perception of us because we deserve so much more.
I’m sure you’ve noticed that the trends have taken a drastic change, sometimes for the worse. As the owner of Ivywood Lane Boutique, I, like so many other women, struggled with finding clothing that was trendy yet ensure that I was comfortable in what I was wearing.
Ivywood Lane Boutique’s main purpose is to empower and inspire women with fashion-forward clothing and accessories for life’s most valuable moments. Afterall, when you look good, you feel good; Right?!?
Confidence is built inside out and I want to help show your confidence outwardly with one outfit at a time.

Consistently and remaining true to my values and relationship with Christ is key.
