Today we’d like to introduce you to Angela Robinson.
Angela, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
For most of my life, I’ve always been a “matchmaker,” at heart at least. I’ve always had a knack for introducing and connecting people for business needs or otherwise. I’ve had the pleasure of introducing some of the most beautiful couples in my life. Three are married. I’m also known for being a listening ear and a great advisor.
Professionally, I work in Healthcare Management and have been afforded the opportunity of learning various Human Resource skills/techniques. Always ensuring I select the right people for the job and the right fit for various teams which is one of the underlying goals of MixNSingle to CONNECT. In addition to events, we’re hosting a podcast of the same name.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Definitely not a smooth road but most important, worth it! Balancing a full-time career while working to brand and market MixNSingle has been a feat. I realized that I couldn’t do it alone, I’ve so much support and help along the way! Mentors, family, friends and members of MixNSingle who have been cheering us on!

MixNSingle is dedicated to taking our area singles’ social life offline! Whether a Single Woman or Man, MixNSingle™is the gateway to premiere singles events and adventures. We are the hottest singles network experience around! We’ve been able to host events that place singles in a laid back atmosphere with no pressure to approach anyone but to make new friends and have a great time. Along the way, couples have been formed!
That’s what I’m most proud of, watching new love unfold. We’re also setting up blind dates, which has proven to be another great way to get people from behind the keyboard and bring them face to face! We host events and create opportunities that foster conversations about love, relationships, mental health, culture and business!

Absolutely! My father has been an amazing support, the life lessons and advice and friendship we have is unmatched. My siblings and family have shared, participated, served at my events and have been amazing cheerleaders for me! My friends, moderators, AND the over 2600 followers and members of MixNSingle have been so supportive! The Marketing Chics who helped with the overall vision of MixNSingle. My podcast co-hosts (@tonymasseyspeaks & @onneytheceo) and The Sphere TV&Podcast Studios are unmatched! Amazing!
My “love game” mentor Joseph Dixon, owner of the RBLApp has been a sounding board and encourager along the way. I have several “business besties” for those late night conversations, WWJD? moments, and all-around support and encouragement. Amidst all of this, the couples and friendships that have blossomed through MixNSingle make this all worth it!
