I was a Journalism student at the University of North Texas when I decided to start freelance photography November 2009. This only gave me couple of events a year and a few shots during graduation/prom season. However, it gave me new opportunities to meet people who needed my assistance. I soon found myself doing more than just photography. Instead I did graphic design/web design, promotions, and printing for clients. This encouraged me to look at the scope of my entrepreneurship endeavors. Therefore, in 2016 I incorporated Caraway Business Solutions (CBS) with the vision of helping people and organizations turn their dreams into a reality. My most consistent clients have been the Denton Juneteenth Committee (http://www.juneteenthdentontx.org) and Kingdom Boss Models (http://kingdombossinc.org). Social media and word of mouth have been my best friend in regards to obtaining new clients. I am now a Promotional Advisor. Clients come to me in order to grow, enhance, or publicize their business. We do this through photography, social media engagement, billboards, and we also provide clients the means to attract and secure business by advertising/promoting messages on useful products. I have recently been HUB certified with the State of Texas. Therefore, I am able to contribute to the needs of schools and government agencies. I serve as a third party vendor for companies who desire to obtain new business for or with these agencies. We currently are in network with about 400 companies that service products including BIC & Hanes. The hardest part of my journey was intentionally finding clients. However, clients always seemed to find me just in time.
