Today we’d like to introduce you to Anthony Soledad.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I originally started with drawing and painting as one of my passions as time went by I began to be really interested in photography. I originally started using my phone which was a LGV1o. It had all the manual options for the camera and that is where it all originally began. After that, I later was able to purchase a canon T6i and that is where the more professional reach towards photography began. Thanks to friends and family my name has been growing more and more. I have had the opportunity to shoot some amazing events and meet incredible people as well. Thanks to all the growth, I have also been able to purchase my first full-frame camera and let go of my T6i.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It honestly has not been a smooth road. My father passed away four years ago and that has really been challenging to be able to focus on photography full time as I have been wanting to. I have had to focus jobs that are more financially secure to be able to support my family. Although it has not been a smooth road the passion for photography and the goal to be able to pursue it full time has not gone away.

Anthony Soledad Photography I view it as an all-around photography company. I am up to shoot any type of event no matter what it is. I have done quinceaneras, wedding, portraits, family shoots, even a stock show rodeo. I am proud of how far I have come and how much I have learned along the way. What sets me apart is the connection I make with my clients. They become part of my photography family and will always be apart of it.
What were you like growing up?
I was a very, very energetic person. I still am very energetic and full of life. No matter what is going on you will always see a smile in my face. I have always been interested in art and have won a few contests as well. I placed 1st in medical photography in the state of Texas my senior year of high school.
