Today we’d like to introduce you to Kamron Williams.
Kamron, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
From humble beginnings, Artuphoria began in 2019 with three cousins that shared a passion for art, innovation, collaboration, and creation. The idea was to create a unique, eclectic, and game-changing art platform stemmed from our travels abroad and art-rich cities within the states noticing the desire for the artist to be recognized worldwide. Art creates a euphoric feeling hence the name Artuphoria.
You asked how we started? Honestly, seems like each day, we are getting started with new ideas with artist exposure and expression being the priority. Within the last 12 months, Artuphoria has continually developed artist platforms within the framework of the podcast, art exhibits, social media outlets, community events, and partnerships. We are taking each hunch and each idea to better the future of art.
Tiffany, Jamarr, and Kamron all bring a unique skill set, personality, and experience to Artuphoria that allows Artuphoria to push the envelope for artist exposure. Our willingness to have an open dialogue with artists, partnerships, and community has been the fuel for Artuphoria to be here today. With our collaborative expertise and experience in business, art, sales, and marketing we are creating a forever fluid platform which allows the artist to maximize their exposure on a global scale while doing what artist do best which is create.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The Artuphoria collective is a passion project and all involved are in a flow of creativity that inherently feels smooth. The biggest challenge thus far is getting the brand out, advertising, and building lasting partnerships. Since we are in the world of innovation and creation, one of the challenges we foresee is being able to effectively cipher through an abundance of opportunities to determine which align with our forever evolving vision.
We’d love to hear more about your art.
We help artists, art buyers and art lovers come together to exhibit, collaborate and support each other through our platforms. Through this a euphoric (business, synergy, feeling) is produced to inspire the world to continue to create, innovate, and enhance the arts. We pride ourselves on each artist being our #1 priority especially from the art world business perspective. Artists put their blood, sweat, and tears in creating their inspirational artwork. Artuphoria is here to assist in marketing, advertising, and business aspects involved in ensuring artists’ artwork lands in as many art buyers, collectors, and curators’ hands.
A few of several competitive advantages that Artuphoria offers are 65% commissions to the artist and no fees for marketing or advertising on all of our platforms. In addition, we’ve created platforms like a podcast where an artist can be heard unfiltered with intentions of further exposure. We’ve discovered that art buyers and collectors love to be engaged with the artist to hear the inspiration, motivation, and story behind the artwork.
Also, with our current and future partnerships, we are creating collaboration opportunities for artist whether it be for a fashion designer or an inspirational mural. Starting in 2021, we will be launching a major effort to collectively represent the artist at several different art shows, expos, and galleries that work with Artuphoria with intentions of selling their artwork while building followings.
In the next 5-10 years, we envision ourselves increasing our core of active artists, expanding collaboration to a point where we can call on 100 artists for a single task, along with services and amenities such as international displays to offering substantial discounts on art supplies, etc. In addition, we’ve begun to consider ways to posture ourselves to collectively fund and innovate community projects as gifts for beautification. All in the love of being high on dope art!
Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
