Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Adair
Hi Ashley, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
With six years in the real estate industry, I began my career in San Antonio, stepping into the business without knowing anyone. Through dedication and a commitment to building strong relationships with realtors across various cities, I quickly established myself, earning a spot in the top 10% of agents in 2019.
In 2021, after the loss of my father, I made the decision to return to Dallas to bridge the gap between my business and that of my mother, Deborah Adair Hayes. This transition set the stage for my next leap—into leadership. In 2023, I sought to expand my skills and had a pivotal conversation with Brett Caldwell about what it would take to become a Team Leader/CEO of a Keller Williams Market Center.
After an intensive 60-day interview process, I officially stepped into the role in 2024, leading Keller Williams Rockwall and Cedar Creek Lake. Since then, our organization has welcomed 85 new and producing agents, strengthened teams, coached the top 20%, and expanded by acquiring a team in Athens.
My journey has been one of growth, resilience, and impact—focused on empowering agents, fostering leadership, and driving success in every market we serve.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Absolutely not, but every challenge has shaped me into the leader I am today. Starting my real estate career in San Antonio without knowing anyone meant I had to build my business from the ground up. I focused on relationships, consistency, and providing value, which helped me break into the top 10% of agents in 2019.
In 2021, losing my father was one of the hardest moments of my life. It shifted my priorities, leading me back to Dallas to support my mother while also maintaining and growing my business. Balancing personal loss with professional ambition was a challenge, but it gave me a deeper understanding of resilience and purpose.
Stepping into leadership in 2024 was another leap of faith. The 60-day interview process was intense, and transitioning from agent to Team Leader/CEO came with a learning curve. I had to quickly adapt, coach top producers, recruit new talent, and drive growth for the market center. Leading through market shifts, agent struggles, and the challenges of expansion—including acquiring a team in Athens—has required constant problem-solving and a strong vision.
Through it all, every struggle has been an opportunity to grow, learn, and help others thrive. The road hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth it.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My real estate business is built on fostering relationships and providing top-tier service to buyers, sellers, and investors. Whether helping a family find their dream home, guiding sellers through a seamless transaction, or working with investors to maximize their portfolio, my focus is always on delivering value, expertise, and an exceptional client experience.
At the brokerage level, what sets us apart is our commitment to agent success. We don’t just recruit agents—we invest in their careers through world-class training, leadership coaching, and proven business models. Whether it’s a brand-new agent looking to launch or a top producer seeking to scale, we provide the tools, strategies, and support they need to reach the next level.
We specialize in agent growth, leadership development, and market expansion. In just a short time, we have added 85 agents, helped teams refine their business strategies, coached the top 20%, and expanded into new markets. Our brand is built on collaboration, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
What I’m most proud of brand-wise is our culture. At KW Rockwall, Cedar Creek Lake, and Athens, we don’t just talk about opportunity—we create it. Our agents know they have a place where they are supported, challenged, and positioned for long-term success.
For anyone looking to grow in real estate—whether as an agent, team, or investor—we offer the structure, coaching, and environment to make it happen. Our goal is simple: to help agents thrive while delivering exceptional service to our communities.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The most important quality to my success is resilience. Real estate, leadership, and business growth all come with challenges, and resilience has allowed me to navigate obstacles, adapt to change, and keep moving forward—no matter the circumstances.
From starting my career in a city where I knew no one, to overcoming personal loss, to stepping into a leadership role and growing a market center, resilience has been the driving force behind my ability to build relationships, create opportunities, and help others succeed.
Paired with resilience, I believe a servant-leadership mindset has also been key. My focus is always on how I can support, coach, and empower others—whether it’s clients making life-changing real estate decisions or agents looking to scale their business. When you lead with service, success naturally follows.
